We bring you another update to one of our DLCs! This time from the massive mega pack 2, featuring improved PBR textures for 10 items including the candlestick, book and several items of furniture. By converting these items to fully Physically Based Rendered assets, you will notice they now have nice shiny reflections from the gold leaf of the book and metallic candle holder.

The PBR rendering won't come on-line officially until we release the DirectX 11 engine during the next major update, but you can check out the latest test version by using Steam and choosing the Public Preview of GameGuru to take a sneak peek of what is to come.

Back in the main product, work continues apace on multiple fronts in addition to the forthcoming release of the DirectX 11 renderer.  We have recently unlocked the projectile system so you can now add your own projectiles as part of your weapon building work, so you are no longer limited by grenade, rocket and fireball. We have also made some significant improvements to the weapon control system overall, allowing more authentic weapons to be crafted (more on this in a future announcement).

We'll continue to upgrade more entities to PBR assets in the background, and in the meantime, if you want to get your hands on the Mega Pack 2 DLC, it's currently on promotion right now:
