MAC O/S is currently not supported.

Troubleshooting (most common problem) - not having an up to date flash player:

If you have updated your flash player via a web browser other than Internet explorer, it will only update the plugin, not the actual Flash Player itself, you will need to update via Internet Explorer, or via the control player where you see the flash player icon.
