Your email address and the Order Key from the previous step. The email address must be EXACTLY the same as you entered before when verifying your DarkBASIC Professional CD-Rom. If it is different, the activation will fail. The Order Key must be 128 characters in length, and if copied from the email correctly it will be so.&#10; </p>&#10; &#10; <div align="center"><img src="%%IMAGEPATH%%dbpro_up_F.jpg" width="498" height="359" alt=""></div>&#10; &#10; <p>&#10; Make sure there are no extra spaces at the start or end. Product is now activated". If you activated using the wrong email address the first time around - go back to that step and repeat it.</td>&#10; </tr>&#10; <tr>&#10; <td>21</td>&#10; <td><b>Order Key matches + Machine Key matches BUT Email Address given is DIFFERENT.</b><br>Your Order Key was entered correctly for your PC, but the email address is wrong - double-check it.</td>&#10; </tr>&#10; <tr>&#10; <td>22</td>&#10; <td><b>The Order Key has been banned.</b><br>Your PC has been banned from using this Product, probably for reasons best known to you. The best solution is to contact support quoting your order key and email address.</td>&#10; </tr>&#10; </table>&#10; &#10; <p>&#10; If none of the above works and you still cannot activate your copy of DarkBASIC Professional then you need to contact our Support Department and provide as much information as possible, especially things like email address, order key (if you get one), the product you are activating, etc. Also: Do you have anything unique about your Internet connection? (i.e. a company LAN, a proxy server, Internet Connection Sharing). Tell us exactly which step of the process it fails on and the exact error message you receive.
