From this page you can send a message to a specific department at The Game Creators. Click on any of the tabs to change the department, each one requires different information.

All you need to do is login to your account on our web site and click on the Profile button at the top of any page. This will bring you to the Welcome screen on which you'll find a large "ORDERS" icon. Clicking this icon will now display your orders to date and the status of each one.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not use the same email address that you ordered from when you register your account, you will not be able to see your order history / downloads.
